However, the website may be closed for shorter periods in connection with maintenance, etc. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays, but will be processed as quickly as possible on weekdays.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To shop at <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.odense-marcipan.dk\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.sweetway.dk<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> you must be 18 years of age and have a valid payment card that we accept. If you are not yet 18 years of age, you can still purchase goods if you have obtained your guardian&#8217;s consent or otherwise have the legal right to make the purchase.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you place an item in your cart, we reserve the selected item for you. If you do not complete your order and are inactive on the site for 10 minutes, the items in your cart will be released for others to purchase. You are then bound by your offer to purchase.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you have ordered an item on <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sweetway.dk\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.sweetway.dk<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, you will receive a receipt for our receipt of your order.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The receipt, which you receive by e-mail, is an automatically generated confirmation that we have received your<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">offer. The final purchase agreement between you and Sweetway is concluded from the time you have received the order confirmation. The purchase agreement is concluded in Danish.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After the agreement has been concluded, the rules of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act on the right of withdrawal apply. You can read more about the right of withdrawal under point 7 below.<\/span><\/p><p><b><br \/>Payment<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sweetway.dk\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.sweetway.dk<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, payment can be made using a payment card or via Mobilepay.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can pay with the following card types:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dankort ??? &#8211; need to clarify\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VISA\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mastercard\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maestro<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your payment will be withdrawn from your account once we have shipped your order from our warehouse. Payment is in Danish kroner (DKK).<\/span><\/p><p><b><br \/>Pricing\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prices stated on www.sweetway.dk follow Sweetway own recommended prices and include VAT and taxes. Prices are updated continuously.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For purchases under DKK 499, a shipping fee of a maximum of DKK 59 will be added, depending on the chosen delivery method. You can read more about delivery and delivery prices under point 6 below.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reservations are made for typos, price errors, sold-out items, discontinued items, printing errors, and price and tax changes.<\/span><\/p><p><b><br \/>Delivery\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is our goal to process our orders as quickly as possible. We aim for a delivery time of 1-3 business days for in-stock items. You will automatically receive an email when your order is shipped from our store. Items will be delivered to the delivery address provided when ordering.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An employee from Sweetway will contact you if there are any delays or problems with your order.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deliveries are made exclusively to addresses in Denmark, excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sweetway offers delivery with GLS and Neo Logistics. The prices are as follows:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GLS without distribution \u2013 39 kr.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GLS with distribution \u2013 59 kr.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customized Cakes delivery prices are calculated individually\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orders of a minimum of DKK 499 are delivered free of charge, regardless of the chosen delivery method.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We reserve the right to make separate deliveries. Separate deliveries may be necessary, e.g. due to<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">delayed goods or if an item is not in stock. You will be informed prior to purchase that your order is subject to separate deliveries. You will not be charged additional delivery costs in cases where we exercise our right to make separate deliveries.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellation\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you shop at www.sweetway.dk, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consumer Contracts Act, during which you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the goods to us.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This does not apply to food. For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal only applies to unopened, sealed goods and never to food. It is a prerequisite that the goods appear unused and undamaged when returned, so that they can be sold again as new.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The beginning and expiry of the withdrawal period<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The right of withdrawal runs from the day you receive the goods. If the period expires on a Sunday, public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year&#8217;s Eve, the period is extended to the next working day. In the event that the order consists of several different goods that are ordered in one order but are delivered individually, or the order consists of a good that is delivered in several batches, the period runs from the receipt of the last good.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use of the right of withdrawal\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to assert the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of this by means of an unambiguous declaration no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods at <\/span><a href=\"mailto:sweetwaydk@gmail.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sweetwaydk@gmail.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The declaration must be sent before the expiration of the withdrawal period.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once we have received your cancellation notice, we will acknowledge receipt of it.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The goods must be sent to us as soon as possible after you have given notice of withdrawal \u2013 and no later than<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">14 days after you have withdrawn. The deadline is met if you have sent the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The item is returned to us by enclosing a note with the items to be returned, name, address, phone number and email address and sending the item to:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sweetway ApS, CVR-nr. 43545949, Smallegade 43 st 3, 2000 Frederiksberg<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The return package must contain either the invoice, order confirmation or other documentation for your purchase. When returning, you should ensure that the items are properly packaged. You are responsible for the package\/item until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt and any track and trace number.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must bear the costs of returning the goods when you exercise your right of withdrawal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b><br \/>Refund\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When we receive the goods, we will check them and you will be refunded the amount you paid to us for the purchase, excluding postage. The refund will be made no later than 14 days after we have received your notice<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of cancellation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refunds may be withheld until Sweetway has received the returned goods, or until documentation has been provided that the goods have been returned correctly. Any costs associated with delivery of the goods will not be refunded.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method with which you paid for the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that which was necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. If the goods have been handled in a manner other than that described above, we consider them to be used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the used goods. If the packaging is broken\/opened, the goods cannot be returned, see section 7.2. The deterioration in value is the difference between the purchase price and<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the general commercial selling price of the goods with the deterioration in question.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery. This means that you are liable for any damage that has occurred to the goods from the time you received the goods until we have received the goods back.<\/span><\/p><p><b><br \/>Complaint<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If there is something wrong with the product Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sales Act, including the law&#8217;s defect rules. You therefore have a 2-year right of complaint. This means that you can either have a defective product repaired, replaced,<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation. In some cases, you may also be eligible to withdraw the purchase. These powers, of course, only apply if there is a legitimate complaint and if the defect in the goods has not arisen as a result of wear, misuse or other conduct which has caused damage to the goods.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are not responsible for any costs associated with returning defective or incorrect items. We will of course refund the purchase price and original delivery costs once we have received the returned item. If you would like us to deliver a similar item to you, and we are able to do so, we will not refund your original delivery costs. However, we recommend that you do not return the defective or incorrect item without first contacting our customer service.<\/span><\/p><p><b><br \/>How to complain\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must complain as soon as possible and no later than 2 months after you have discovered the defect in the product. If your product suffers from a defect, or we have delivered the wrong goods, please contact our customer service via email to <\/span><a href=\"mailto:sweetwaydk@gmail.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sweetwaydk@gmail.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 or by phone at 53 33 36 63.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you contact customer service, you must provide the order number, if applicable, the item number, the item name, the net weight and, if applicable, the best before date and batch number, as well as a description of what is wrong with the item. If possible, a picture showing the defect may also be attached. Depending on the specific situation, you will receive further instructions. If we have the right to return the defective item, e.g. in connection with a replacement or cancellation of the purchase, the item must be sent to:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sweetway ApS, Smallegade 43 st 3, 2000 Frederiksberg<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The item must always be sent in proper packaging. We recommend that you ensure that you get a receipt for shipping, as you are responsible for the package until we have received it.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must pay for shipping costs in connection with the return of defective goods. We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery. If the complaint is justified,we will of course refund your reasonable shipping costs for returning the item. If the complaint is not justified, you must pay all shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend that you do not return the item without first contacting our customer service.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There may be cases where Sweetway needs to receive the defective product (including the packaging) so that we can carry out quality follow-up and possibly forward the product to our supplier. In such cases, Sweetway will bear the costs of transport.<\/span><\/p><p><b><br \/>Complaints<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact our customer service. If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Center for Complaints Resolution, N\u00e6vnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. Using Stripe payment window ensures that no one else has access to your payment information.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When purchasing goods on <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sweetway.dk\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.sweetway.dk<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, you only need to enter your card number, expiration date and check digits (Credit Card Verification Number (CVV)). The check digits are necessary for the payment to be completed and to maintain a high level of security. There may also be other similar security measures.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to protect you and other customers from fraud and to ensure a high level of security for online purchases, we may conduct verification checks.
